The study highlights key principles of humanistic pedagogy, such as learner-centeredness, empathy, active participation, and the creation of a supportive learning environment. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of this approach in contemporary educational systems, where the psychological and emotional needs of students are increasingly recognized as integral to academic success and lifelong learning.
